Notes:
1. We provide Naturalization Legal Assistance only to people whose household income is at or below 400% of the FPG (Federal Poverty Guidelines). Household income is the combined income of all family members sharing a household or place of residence. It includes every form of income (e.g. salaries and wages, retirement income, food stamps).
2. First-time initial DACA is currently unavailable due to the Texas v. United States litigation. DACA renewal consists of two applications filed together: DACA+EAD.
3. We don’t provide representation at immigration court, deportation, asylum, or visa assistance, but we can refer you to an attorney or an organization that does.
