Strategic Plan

Goal 1: Informed and Resilient Community

We cultivate personal growth and resiliency in our community by fostering technology fluency, civic and civil engagement, life skills attainment, and career building support.

Goal 2: Impactful Programming

We respond to our community's dynamic needs by presenting programs to represent the breadth of the shared human experience.

Goal 3: Welcoming Spaces

We create library spaces that are inviting, welcoming, and flexible to meet the needs of a diverse community in a comfortable, safe, and well-maintained environment.

Goal 4: Inclusive Access

We provide equitable policies, services, and access to materials. Our collection, both print and digital, is broad and deep to meet the information needs of all. We protect the freedom to read and access to information.

Goal 5: Strong Community Partnerships

We establish relationships that strengthen community ties, enhance programming, services, and outreach, and maintain partnerships that ensure the financial stability of the library.  We value the work of library and Littleton Immigrant Resource Center volunteers and the Friends of the Library and Museum.
